NCT ID NCT07253766
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested if kinesiologic taping (a special elastic tape placed on the knee) can reduce pain, improve movement, and lessen fear of moving in people with knee rheumatoid arthritis. Thirty adults aged 45 to 60 were split into two groups: one received the real tape, the other a fake tape without therapeutic effect, applied weekly for 4 weeks. Researchers measured pain, mobility, and disease activity to see which group improved more.
