Summary
This study looked at two treatments—kinesio taping and low-level laser therapy—to help reduce arm swelling in women who developed lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. 66 women aged 40 to 55 with persistent swelling took part. The goal was to see which treatment worked better for improving arm size, pain, hand strength, and quality of life.
