Summary
This study aims to understand how eating kimchi (fermented cabbage) affects gut bacteria and health markers in healthy adults. Researchers will compare people eating kimchi daily to those eating regular cabbage for three weeks. Participants will provide blood and stool samples to measure changes in gut microbes and health indicators.
