Are we feeding our active kids enough protein?
NCT ID NCT04573439
Summary
This study aims to find out if current protein recommendations for children are too low, especially for those who are very physically active. Researchers will measure protein needs in 30 healthy children aged 8-10, comparing kids who are very active to those who are more sedentary. They will use a special breath and urine test to see how different amounts of protein are used by the body.
