Summary

This study looks at two standard ways of stitching the kidney artery to the iliac artery during a living donor kidney transplant. Researchers will compare interrupted suturing and continuous suturing to see which method shortens cold ischemia time and improves early blood flow. The study involves 70 adult patients and will track their kidney function and any complications for three months after surgery.
