New drug combo tested to protect Kids' transplanted kidneys

Summary
This study aims to find a better way to prevent rejection in young people who receive a kidney transplant. It will compare the safety and effectiveness of two different combinations of anti-rejection drugs. The goal is to see which regimen better protects the new kidney's function and reduces harmful immune responses over 1-2 years.
