Major push to get more kidney patients on transplant track

NCT ID NCT07033117

Summary

This study is testing a new health system program designed to help more patients with kidney failure start the process for a transplant. It involves 14,000 patients at five major transplant centers and their connected dialysis clinics. The goal is to see if removing system-level barriers helps patients begin their transplant evaluation faster after being referred.
