First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two modern, minimally invasive surgeries for removing kidney stones that are 2-3 cm in size. About 120 adults will be randomly assigned to either mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (Mini-PCNL) or flexible ureteroscopy with a suction sheath. The goal is to see which method clears more stones completely, with shorter hospital stays and fewer complications.
