Summary

This study looked at 180 children aged 6 to 12 with hard kidney stones (1-2 cm) in the lower part of the kidney. It compared two surgeries: mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy (a small tube through the back) and flexible ureteroscopy (a scope through the urinary tract). The goal was to see which method removes stones more completely and safely.
