Early safety check for cancer pill in patients with kidney issues

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a combination cancer pill is processed by the body in patients with severe kidney problems compared to those with normal kidney function. It will enroll about 18 adults with certain blood cancers or solid tumors who could benefit from this oral medication. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety over approximately 8 weeks.
