Hidden damage? study probes Long-Term health of ICU survivors
NCT ID NCT04980092
Summary
This study aims to better understand the long-term health of people who survive a long stay in the intensive care unit (ICU). Researchers will closely monitor 100 former ICU patients to see how their kidney function, muscle mass, and bone health change over time. The goal is to gather information to improve future care, not to test a new treatment.
