Summary
This study looks at whether giving less fluid during heart surgery, combined with a blood-saving technique, increases the risk of kidney injury. Researchers will measure kidney damage markers in the urine of 100 adults having elective bypass surgery. The goal is to understand if this common practice is safe for the kidneys.
