Summary
This study aims to understand how severe kidney injury is treated and what happens to patients across different Latin American countries. Researchers will observe 1,000 critically ill adults who need dialysis for sudden kidney failure. The goal is to collect data on current care practices and patient survival to help improve future treatment.
