First human tests: how kidneys process experimental drug
NCT ID NCT07315360
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a new oral medicine called PF-07328948 is processed by the body in people with different levels of kidney function. It will enroll 28 adults, including both healthy participants and those with moderate to severe long-term kidney impairment. All participants will receive a single dose of the medicine, and researchers will closely monitor how their bodies handle it and check for any side effects over about two months.
