Summary
This study aimed to understand how a drug called calderasib (MK-1084) behaves in people with moderate to severe kidney problems compared to healthy people. Researchers gave a single dose to 34 participants and measured drug levels in their blood and urine over time. The goal was to gather safety and dosing information to potentially guide future use in patients with reduced kidney function.
