Summary
This study is testing a highly precise form of radiation therapy for people with kidney cancer who are not good candidates for surgery. The main goal is to see if this targeted approach can effectively control the cancer while causing fewer side effects. It will involve 60 participants and follow them for three years to track outcomes and quality of life.
