Urine and blood clues may predict kidney cancer treatment success
NCT ID NCT07406646
First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study involved 91 adults with advanced kidney cancer. Researchers collected blood and urine samples over 16 weeks to see if tiny particles called exosomal miRNAs change with treatment. The goal was to find out if these changes can predict whether the cancer responds to therapy. The study did not test a new treatment but aimed to improve how doctors monitor treatment effectiveness.
