Summary
This study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs, cemiplimab and fianlimab, before surgery to remove a kidney is a safe and practical approach. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor before the operation. It is for a small group of 10 people with high-risk, non-metastatic clear cell kidney cancer who are already scheduled for surgery.
