New hope for kidney cancer patients whose disease returns after initial therapy

Summary
This study is for people with a type of kidney cancer (clear cell renal cell carcinoma) that has come back during or within 2 years after finishing a certain kind of immunotherapy (anti-PD-[L]1). The goal is to test if combining different experimental drugs is safe and can shrink tumors. About 140 participants will receive these combinations, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
