New drug cocktail aims to improve myeloma treatment before transplant

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (carfilzomib, iberdomide, and dexamethasone) in people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective at reducing cancer before the transplant. About 66 participants will take part across multiple hospitals.
