Summary
This study is testing whether a ketone ester supplement can improve heart function and exercise capacity in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo in 30 participants using heart scans and exercise tests. The goal is to see if this nutritional approach helps control diabetes-related heart issues.
