Heart failure patients test ketone drink for better pumping

Summary
This study looks at whether a dietary supplement called ketone ester can improve heart function in people with heart failure. About 50 participants will receive either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. Heart function is measured with MRI scans before and after the treatment.
