Can a dietary drink help a failing heart?

Summary

This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called a ketone ester can improve heart function in people with heart failure. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. Doctors will use heart MRI scans to measure changes in how well the heart pumps blood.
