First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a ketogenic diet—a very low-carbohydrate diet that makes the body burn fat for energy—is safe and tolerable for overweight or obese patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer. Nineteen participants will follow the diet before their surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients can complete the diet and to check for any good or bad effects.
