Summary

This study tests whether adding mindfulness training to ketamine-assisted therapy helps people with opioid use disorder who are already on medication. About 88 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined treatment or ketamine therapy with a support group. Researchers will track opioid use, cravings, and mood to see if the mindfulness approach leads to better outcomes.
