Head-to-Head depression showdown: IV ketamine vs. nasal spray

NCT ID NCT06713616

Summary

This study compares two forms of ketamine treatment for people with depression that hasn't responded to standard antidepressants. Researchers will test whether an IV ketamine drip works as well as the FDA-approved nasal spray Spravato®. The trial will measure how much depression symptoms improve, how tolerable side effects are, and which treatment patients prefer.
