Summary
This study tested whether ketamine or magnesium sulphate provides better pain relief after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. 78 adults were randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs during surgery. Pain levels were measured at 1, 6, 12, and 24 hours after the procedure. The goal was to find which option helps patients recover more comfortably.
