First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at how two common anesthesia drugs, ketamine and propofol, change brain activity related to memory and pain. Researchers will use MRI and EEG to scan the brains of 60 healthy adults while they receive the drugs alone or together. The goal is to understand how these drugs affect brain connections, not to treat any disease.
