This study is testing if a drug (ketamine) or a nerve-blocking injection (stellate ganglion block), alone or together, can reduce headaches and PTSD symptoms in people with traumatic brain injury (TBI). The goal is to find more effective treatments to improve quality of life for veterans and others affected by these common post-injury problems.
