Summary

This study tests whether ketamine infusions can quickly reduce suicidal thoughts in 36 adults with major depression. Participants receive four IV ketamine treatments over two weeks and undergo brain scans before and after to see how the drug affects brain structure. The goal is to both treat suicidal ideation and understand the biological changes behind it.
