Summary

This study tests whether low doses of ketamine can reduce cravings for opioids in people who have just started methadone treatment for opioid use disorder. Researchers will compare two low doses of ketamine given four times over two weeks. The goal is to see if ketamine helps with cravings, withdrawal symptoms like depression and pain, and whether it helps people stay in treatment longer.
