Summary

This study tests whether a single high-dose intravenous ketamine infusion can reduce the number and severity of headache days in people with chronic daily headaches. About 56 adults will receive either ketamine or a placebo (saline) and be followed for three months. The goal is to see if ketamine can safely provide lasting relief from this debilitating condition.
