Summary

This study is for adults with major depression who are at high risk for suicide. Participants will receive a series of ketamine infusions followed by esketamine nasal spray over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this treatment plan is safe, tolerable, and effective at reducing suicidal thoughts. Researchers will track how many people stay in the study and how their symptoms change.
