Summary

This study looked at whether adding buprenorphine to ketamine treatment can reduce suicidal thoughts faster and longer than ketamine alone in people with major depression. About 50 adults participated. The main goal was to measure changes in suicidal thinking over one month. Results could offer a faster way to help those in crisis.
