First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at how a single dose of ketamine affects brain pressure and oxygen levels in 10 adults with severe traumatic brain injury who already have brain monitors in place. The goal is to gather early data on safety and brain response, not to treat the injury. Results may guide future sedation practices in intensive care.
