Ketamine combo may halt stubborn seizures in ER

Summary
This study tests whether adding two doses of ketamine to the usual seizure medicine (levetiracetam) stops prolonged seizures (status epilepticus) more effectively than the medicine alone. About 770 people aged 1 year and older who are still seizing after first-line treatment will take part. The goal is to see if the combination stops seizures within 15 minutes and keeps them away for at least an hour.
