Summary

This study explores whether adding Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to ketamine treatment is practical for 30 people who have both alcohol use disorder and depression that hasn't improved with standard medications. Participants will receive weekly ketamine infusions and ACT sessions for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if people can stick with the treatment plan, while also tracking safety and any changes in drinking and mood.
