Scientists track eye disease to uncover its secrets
NCT ID NCT05676580
Summary
This study aims to better understand keratoconus, an eye condition where the cornea thins and bulges. Researchers will observe 200 participants for two years to see how the disease progresses and identify factors like eye rubbing or allergies that might influence it. The study will not test new treatments but will closely monitor people receiving standard care or surgery.
