Honey eyedrops: a sweet solution for dry eyes?

Summary

This study tests whether eyedrops made from Kelulut honey (from stingless bees) are safe and can ease dry eye symptoms. 45 adults will use one of three strengths of honey drops three times a day for a month, while continuing their usual treatments. Researchers will check tear stability and eye comfort at follow-up visits.
