Simple exercises may ease bladder leak in menopause

Summary
This study looks at whether doing Kegel and Tai Chi exercises can improve quality of life and reduce bladder leakage in women after menopause. About 117 women aged 45 and older who leak urine when coughing or sneezing will take part. They will do the exercises for 8 weeks, either 3 or 6 days a week, and researchers will track changes in symptoms and confidence.
