Hope for autism irritability: new drug trial for kids

Summary
This study tests a new medicine (KarXT + KarX-EC) to see if it can reduce irritability in children and teens with autism. About 176 participants aged 5 to 17 will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to check if the drug improves behavior and is safe to use.
