Summary
This Phase 3 trial is testing whether adding an experimental drug called calderasib (MK-1084) to standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can keep non-small cell lung cancer from returning after surgery. The study enrolls 400 people with a specific KRAS G12C mutation whose cancer was completely removed. Participants receive either the drug combination or a placebo plus immunotherapy, and researchers will track how long they remain cancer-free.
