Summary
This study aims to understand how the body absorbs and processes Kaempferol, a natural substance found in many fruits and vegetables. Researchers will give Kaempferol to 120 healthy adults and measure its levels in blood and urine over time to learn about its safety and how it moves through the body. The study will also look for any subtle changes in the body's molecules after taking the compound to guide future research.
