Migraine drug trial halted midway

Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called K-645 for people having a migraine attack. It aimed to see if the drug could stop pain and other bothersome symptoms better than a placebo. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited. About 134 adults with a history of migraine were planned to take part.
