New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called JZP815 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have specific genetic changes in the MAPK pathway. The main goals are to find a safe dose, understand how the drug works in the body, and look for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The study will enroll 332 adults who have run out of standard treatment options.
