NCT ID NCT07154368
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This Phase 3 trial compares a new drug called JYP0322 with standard platinum-based chemotherapy in 207 people with advanced ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer who have already been treated with ROS1-targeted therapy. The main goal is to see if JYP0322 delays cancer growth better than chemotherapy. Patients on chemotherapy can switch to JYP0322 if their cancer worsens.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

JYP0322
What this could lead to
If successful, JYP0322 could offer a new treatment option for people with ROS1-positive lung cancer whose disease has progressed after initial targeted therapy.
What could go wrong
This is an early-stage Phase 3 trial with only 207 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The drug may not improve survival or could have side effects.
