Summary
This study tests a device called JuxtaFlow that helps protect the kidneys during heart surgery. It is for people with kidney problems who are having heart surgery with a heart-lung machine. The device gently reduces pressure in the kidneys to help them work better. The goal is to see if it can prevent kidney damage and improve recovery.
