Summary

This study looked at whether a special judo program combined with nutrition advice could improve physical fitness, body composition, and balance in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). One hundred participants aged 7-14 took part. The goal was to see if this combination could be a helpful therapy to support their development.
