Summary

This study tests a new drug called JSKN003 against standard chemotherapy in 400 people with HER2-low breast cancer that has spread and stopped responding to earlier treatments. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either JSKN003 or a standard chemo drug chosen by their doctor. The goal is to see if JSKN003 can delay cancer growth better than current options.
