Summary

This study tests a new drug called JS207, which targets both PD-1 and VEGF, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that got worse after standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy. About 66 participants will receive JS207 alone or combined with another drug (JS004 or docetaxel) to see if it shrinks tumors and controls the disease. The goal is to find a better option for patients who have run out of effective treatments.
